New York City. Sept. 17, 2020. In the Natural Diamond Council’s first-ever global advertising campaign, titled For Moments Like No Other, actress Ana de Armas plays the starring role. This is the first time the NDC has created a celebrity-facing campaign for diamond.
Jewelry from Jade Trau, Anita Ko, and London Jewelers (with stores on Long Island and in New York City), among others, are featured on the actress and in her digital look book of preferred pieces.
The 32-year-old Cuban-Spanish rising star in Hollywood has been nominated for a Golden Globe award following her performance in “Knives Out.” She will also play a Bond girl in the upcoming James Bond film “No Time To Die.”
The multipart campaign celebrates natural diamond jewelry and its significance across myriad relationships—romantic love, freedom, friendship, and family—and aims to cast a spotlight on meaningful moments of all types.

The NDC’s media plan targets the 21–45-year-old, predominantly female, demographic. Expect to see the campaign during other prime-time broadcast events such as American Music Awards and “The Bachelorette” premiere, while more exposure will be evident in the November issues of “Vogue U.S.” and “Vanity Fair”; online media; and placement on Hulu, YouTube, and more.
